This Web site is owned and operated by Strait Shipbrokers (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, References in the following terms (“Terms of Use”) to “we” and “our” are to Strait Shipbrokers (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TERMS

You hereby grant to Strait Shipbrokers and its designees a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable and non-exclusive license to reproduce, disclose, distribute, incorporate, edit, modify and otherwise use the Communications (including without limitation all data, images, sounds, text, and other content embodied therein) for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page of the Site to determine the most current version of the Terms of Use to which you are bound. 10. TERMINATION
Strait Shipbrokers reserves the right to restrict access to this Site to any person, and may at any time in its sole discretion without notice and without cause bar access to the Site by any person, including persons who previously have access including, without limitation, where Strait Shipbrokers determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached or may breach any provision of these Terms of Use. The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Code of Conduct), 3 (Intellectual Property), 4 (Trademarks), 5 (User Submissions), 6 (Disclaimer), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing Law), and 12 (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination of these Terms of Use.
11. GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of Use and any claim arising from the use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
In the event any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from these Terms and Use, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Strait Shipbrokers’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither shall the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms of Use.
